How do I apply for shelter?
Every family is screened to be sure our program is a good fit for your family. Please call our office at 357-6160. Leave a message and our case manager will give you a call to do the screening.
How do I apply for Rental or Utility Assistance?
Every caller is screened by our rental/utility assistance specialist to verify information required by our grants. Please call our office and leave a message stating your name and which assistance you are needing. Our specialist will return your call and let you know the next steps. 357-6160
I am a Family Promise Graduate and want to tell my story about how Family Promise Mat-Su helped us. How do I do that?
You can share your story by writing us a letter, email, or calling us. We will make sure to respect your privacy and not use your name (unless you give us permission in writing your story) when we share on our website or social media.
